You can view or reorder a past order from your account page.
By selecting “My Account” at the top navigation bar on every page, you will be brought to your personal account page. From that point you can select on “My Details” to view and edit your name, email, billing and shipping address, as well as your age verification method.
You can create an account by selecting “Login” at the top of every page. On the right side of the page you’ll notice a grey box titled “New Account,” from that point please insert the desired information and select “Create Account” once completed. You will then need to verify your age by inserting your date of birth and uploading a file of your ID Card.
If you have forgotten your password you can create a new one by selecting “Forgot” on the Login page. You will then be asked to enter your email address and will soon after receive a link to create a new password.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order.
If you have a coupon code, you can redeem it on the last page of the checkout process. Below “Shipping Method” you will find a coupon box. Just simply enter the coupon number and hit “Apply.” Once the page refreshes, you will see the coupon discount take affect.
If you wish to modify your order after it has been placed, simply leave a note on your order informing us what you would like to change. Additionally, you may also contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible explaining what it is you would like to change. If your order has already been processed, however, you will not be able to modify your order.
We provide a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products except for E-juice/liquid and cartridges/cartomizers. As E-juice and E-Liquid are not covered under our 30-day warranty, we suggest you buy small sizes first. Opened merchandise, products, and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for both the original shipping charges and return shipping charges. Opened returns must be in a sealable condition with original materials and packaging.

Tracking is available usually eight to twelve hours after you have placed your order, and comes standard with domestic web orders. Tracking International orders depends on the shipping option you choose. Shipping & Returns
USPS or DHL ships our international orders. Please be advised that customers are responsible for any local customs or duties incurred. Vapor Vapes is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs clearance at the country of destination. Vapor Vapes will not be held liable if your local customs refuse your package. International orders are shipped at the sole risk of the customer. Please address all delivery issues with your local post office or chosen delivery service. Lost or damaged packages will only be guaranteed for orders shipped via DHL.
Vapor Vapes orders are available to U.S. customers by U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. New orders are typically packed within 24 hours of ordering and are delivered within the time frame specified during checkout, based upon the shipping option selected. These time frames are merely a guide and we offer no guarantee unless otherwise posted. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number and information on how to track your package. We ship from Monday to Friday within 24 hours of receiving an order. If you place an order on Friday after 12:00 PM or during the weekend it will be shipped on Monday. We can not ship on Federal holidays.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order depending on weight, destination, and shipping method. Once Vapor Vapes ships the order out, the postal authority becomes responsible for making sure the package gets to you in good condition.
If you refuse an order, it will fall under our standard return policy, where round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Eligibility for refunds, repair, or exchange depends on the product, and the presence of a manufacturing defect or a premature failure. Vapor Vapes will not exchange a product damaged by misuse, negligence, or modified or repaired by someone other than Vapor Vapes. If you feel you have a defective product, contact us by email at [email protected], or go through our return merchandise protocol through the website. All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. We will not accept refunds on used products. Vapor Vapes retains the right to inspect each return.
Concentrated Liquids Policy: All sales of E-Liquids are final. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, and exchanges on E-Liquid or E-Juice, and for used products due to personal preferences and tastes. This policy also applies to flavorless Nicotine Liquid.
Cartridge and Cartomizer Refund/Return Policy: Cartomizers and Cartridges have no warranty. All purchases are final on these products.
Fulfillment Errors: If you have received an incorrect order or have missing items, requests for corrections will be accepted within 30 days from the date you received your item(s).
