Return Policy

We provide 30 days money back guaranty on all our products. E-juice or E-Liquid are not covered under our 30 day warranty, we suggest you buy small sizes on all E-juice / E-Liquid. *


There are no returns allowed on any E-Liquids.

Opened Merchandise

Opened products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for both the original shipping charges as well as return shipping charges. Opened returns must be in sealable condition with original materials and packaging.*

Cancelled Orders

An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Options

Vapor Vapes, Inc is available to US customers by US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. New orders are typically packed within 2 business days of ordering and are delivered within the time frame specified during checkout based upon the shipping option selected. These time frames are merely a guide and we offer no guarantee unless otherwise posted. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number and information on how to track your package.

International Orders

Our international orders are shipped by USPS or DHL. Please be advised that customers are responsible for any local customs or duties incurred. Vapor Vapes Inc, is not responsible for delivery delays due to Customs clearance at country of destination.

Shipping Costs / Policy

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order depending on weight, destination and shipping method.

Once Vapor Vapes Inc, ships the order out, the postal authority becomes responsible for making sure the package gets to you in good condition.

Vapor Vapes Inc, will not be held liable if your local Customs refuses your package. International orders are shipped at the sole risk of the customer. Please address all delivery issues with your local post office. Lost or damaged packages will only be guaranteed for orders shipped via DHL.

First Class Shipping

Vapor Vapes Inc, does not warranty against lost or stolen packages should the customer select First Class Shipping. First Class Shipping comes with tracking but no insurance.

Order Status

Once you complete your order a confirmation will be sent to your email address. Once your order has been packed you will receive an update email which will include your tracking number. If you have a Vapor Vapes account you can check your order status anytime by simply clicking on the “My Account” link in the navigation bar at the top of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.

Signature Confirmation Agreement

By removing signature confirmation on my order, I (a Vapor Vapes customer) will be accepting all liability in the case of any stolen orders or orders that have been accepted by an individual under the legal age. Additionally, I am also confirming that my current mailbox/mailing area is secure to receive a Vapor Vapes order.

As such, I understand and agree to not hold Vapor Vapes responsible if any of the instances stated above were to occur. I am fully aware that Vapor Vapes will NOT replace any orders that have fallen under that criteria and to receive a replacement I must re-order my desired product on the Vapor Vapes website.
